sleepiness and frequent yawning while activity is almost never perceived by everyone. Lack of sleep at night is often used as an excuse by some people. Indeed sleepy is natural and normal, but if it keeps going as long as you're out and it can interfere with your performance. Lack of sleep, too much lunch or stress is a condition or a trigger causes excessive sleepiness.

There are a few tips for you to avoid excessive drowsiness, such as:

1. Drinking green tea
Coffee is often used as a sleep deterrent solution. But, too often drinking coffee is not very good for your health and lead to dependence. Try changing the habits of drinking coffee with green tea. In the coffee contains L-theanine which can reduce fatigue and sleepiness. Tea is derived from the Chinese Negri also have the same efficacy that can increase alertness work.

2. Stand up from a chair
Sitting in a chair for hours makes the body feel sore and exhausted that trigger drowsiness. To avoid fatigue, you should regularly stand on a chair to stretch or walk around for a while.

9. Pull over while drowsy while driving
If you are on a long trip, replace the driver's position as often as possible. Stop at least every two hours to walk around and get some fresh air. It is intended that you avoid traffic accidents.

10. Drinking water
Dehydration can cause fatigue. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eating foods that contain high water content such as fruits and vegetables.
